We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic fresh graduate to support our daily IT operations, maintain critical IT infrastructure, and help drive technology excellence across the organization.
Office Location: 29/F, Tower 2, The Millennity, Kwun Tong (5 mins walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR station)
Job Description
Provide day-to-day technical support and maintenance services to end users
Maintain the security of IT systems including data backup and access controls
Perform technical support on desktop, network, system, software and hardware.
Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including hardware and software
Maintain helpdesk documentation and reports, liaise with relevant parties to troubleshoot and report on problems and incidents.
Perform standard repairs on computer equipment
Update and maintain the inventory records of hardware and software assets
Assist with ad hoc projects and other assignments as required
Job Requirements
Degree / Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
Previous experience in IT operations and helpdesk support is highly preferred
Familiar with MS Windows Server application and maintenance
Self-motivated, proactive, energetic and willing to learn new technologies
Proficient in spoken Cantonese with strong communication and interpersonal skills
