WE ARE HIRING | E-COMMERCE ADMIN

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated E-Commerce Admin to join our team and support our daily e-commerce operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders through e-commerce platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, TikTok, Shopee, and related platforms.
• Assist in managing orders, invoices, shipping, and parcel tracking.
• Update order and stock information in the system or Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily e-commerce activities.
• Communicate and work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in e-commerce or administration is an added advantage.
