1. Supervise staff on daily restaurant operation.

2. Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards

3. Ensure a high quality dining experience by all customers in line with policies and procedures.

4. Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) system, assisting with maintenance of data in accordance with any menu changes, specials and beverage updates.

5. Assist in stock take, ordering and receiving.

6. Assist in tracking restaurant wastage and breakages

7. Respond proactively to internal and external communications

8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
