SingHealth Community Hospitals Hiring! Full Time Senior - Assistant Manager, HR Planning - Analytics in - Ricebowl

You will play a critical role in supporting the enhancement of SingHealth Community Hospital's human capital capabilities and employee value proposition through the HR Planning and Analytics functions.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will support the HR planning process, update HR policies and procedures, manage nominations for employee recognition awards and provide administrative support for employee surveys. You will also conduct HR analytics to generate insights to support organisational decision-making, particularly in areas such as retention and engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for updating the organisation’s Balanced Scorecard and coordinating the completion and submission of statutory surveys. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture across SCH.

Job Requirements

• Degree-qualified in any discipline. Candidates with a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (or equivalent) and/or certifications in Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields will have an added advantage.
• Preferably 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resource.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and related legislation.
• Good computer literacy skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, HR Information Systems and productivity tools.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
