Customer Experience Associate

We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented and motivated Customer Experience Associate to join our retail team. You will play an important role in providing customers with a positive shopping experience by understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend suitable eyewear frames and/or sunglasses based on customers’ preferences and needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant products to meet customers’ needs and support sales objectives.
• Develop good product knowledge to confidently explain product features, benefits and available options.
• Communicate ongoing promotions, discounts and sales offers clearly to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Handle customers’ enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and overall presentation of the retail outlet.
• Assist with general retail operations and daily store activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and recommending products.
• Sales or retail experience will be an advantage.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays where required.
• Candidates without prior optical retail experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
