The opportunity
The position centres on supporting direct marketing promotions while protecting the quality of the customer experience. You will work as part of a team supporting client campaigns in customer-facing settings, with responsibilities that grow as your confidence and capability develop.

Instead of spending your day behind a desk, you will learn through direct participation in campaigns, customer conversations and team activity. You will learn how to present information clearly, handle common customer questions and contribute to campaign objectives as part of a team.
