BIM Coordinator – MEP

Location: Singapore
Experience: 4+ years

Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating MEP BIM models and ensuring effective multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage MEP BIM coordination and model integration.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers and site teams.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in MEP/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of BIM coordination experience.
• Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks skills.
• Construction project experience required.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
