We are looking for a permanent part time Retail Associate to join our Havaianas team. This role is central to delivering a great instore experience, supporting daily store operations, and representing the Havaianas brand with genuine warmth and product knowledge. This is a five day work week role with weekend coverage required, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced retail environment and enjoys connecting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every customer, helping them find the right product and building brand loyalty
• Handle point of sale transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payment methods
• Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store tidiness
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks as required
• Maintain accurate use of the POS and payment terminal systems, and be comfortable navigating store systems, order lookups, and digital tools
• Support online order fulfilment or click and collect processes where applicable
• Uphold store SOPs and brand service standards at all times
• Escalate customer feedback, complaints, or stock issues to the Retail Supervisor or Havaianas Lead promptly
• Work collaboratively with the retail team across shifts

What We're Looking For

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail
• Strong customer service orientation, with a genuine, approachable, and solutions focused manner
• Computer and digital literacy is important. Comfortable using tablets, POS and payment terminal systems, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools such as email and messaging apps
• Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule of 25 hours across 5 days, inclusive of Monday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and systems
