Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding new clients, understanding their goals, and ensuring successful delivery of training and coaching programs. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating workshops and corporate programs, managing schedules and logistics, preparing client proposals, and following up on feedback to drive continuous improvement. The Client Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with trainers and coaches, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand services. The role also involves periodic reporting on client engagement, supporting business development activities, and representing PLUS Mindset Academy in client meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Project coordination and organizational skills, including managing multiple client programs, timelines, and logistics with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing proposals, client updates, and presentations, and for facilitating clear discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic sales and business development skills, such as identifying client needs, spotting growth opportunities, and supporting contract renewals or upsell conversations.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to keep client data and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Background or strong interest in learning and development, coaching, HR, or organizational development; experience with strengths-based approaches or mental wellbeing programs is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, agile team, while being self-directed, proactive, and accountable for outcomes.
• Diploma in Business, Communications, Psychology, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Singapore and willingness to attend client meetings and events as required.

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
