Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Developer

with

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

, specializing in

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

, with strong expertise in

Service Cloud implementations

. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Lead the development and enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features including:
• Case Management
• Omni-Channel
• Knowledge
• Entitlements & Milestones
• Service Console
• Email-to-Case
• Web-to-Case
• Queues & Assignment Rules
• Escalation Rules
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
• Build scalable automation using Flows, Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Participate in technical design discussions and recommend best practices aligned with Salesforce architecture.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage deployments using Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of new platform capabilities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud .
• Hands-on experience with:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Flows
• Batch Apex
• Queueable Apex
• Platform Events
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of asynchronous processing and governor limits.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification (Preferred)

Good to Have

• Experience with Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or Agentforce.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
• Integration experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX.
