Description
Data entry and filing of documents
Monitoring accounts payable transactions
Monitoring payment to vendors/suppliers in accordance with credit terms
Generating weekly/monthly accounts payable reports
Perform accounting-related duties
Handling petty cash
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
Basic accounting knowledge
Detailed orientated
Basic computer knowledge
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and a team player
Able to commence work on a short notice will be an added advantage
