Job Summary:The Studio Assistant is administrative work performing a variety of non-routine tasks related to the successful completion of the daily support of the department

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess facility and equipment maintenance and report to CEO
• Assist CEO in organizing and overseeing semi-annual maintenance periods
• Compile and report major issues to CEO, Head of Production and System Administrator
• Maintain studio premises neat, clean and in an attractive manner
• Organize and maintain studio expenses logs, records and statements
• Provides administrative support; maintains and arranges meetings, handles arrangements for travels, and other activities.
• Manage and Maintain the office supplies in the studio
• Ensure compliance of studio laws, procedures and standards
• Maintain excellent communication and working relationships with different departments
• Record and distribute notes from meetings and reviews
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Junior level experience
• Ability to take initiative and must be detail oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational skills, creative thinker and problem solving, and able to work under pressure
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to small or large groups
• Ability to both take direction and anticipate need in a fast-paced environment
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent
• Computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Passion for working in a production role in feature animated films

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
