• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations to maintain efficient workflow and service quality
• Manage, train, and schedule waiters and service staff to optimize team performance and coverage
• Monitor and ensure high standards of customer service and staff performance through active oversight and feedback
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage service delivery
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
• Assist the Manager with daily operations and manpower planning to support business needs and staffing efficiency
