Job Description

A Senior Architectural Assistant is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design, client satisfaction, and efficient project delivery. This role combines independent design expertise, team leadership, and comprehensive project management.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Independently lead architectural design and develop creative, functional solutions for projects.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
• Oversee design development, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Lead tender processes, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
• Manage authority submissions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with consultants (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical engineers) to integrate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Supervise construction phases, ensuring quality control, adherence to design intent, and timely delivery.
• Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and other design/presentation tools.
