Prestige Motorsports Hiring! Full Time Finance Executive in Southeast (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 4,500 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join Prestige Motorsports. You will be responsible for handling the company's day-to-day accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded.

Job Responsibilities

Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries

Record company income and expenses accurately

Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances

Perform bank reconciliation

Prepare invoices, receipts and payment records

Maintain proper records for motorcycle purchases and sales

Track deposits, refunds and other customer transactions

Record supplier and workshop-related expenses

Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports

Assist with cash flow monitoring and financial reporting

Maintain proper supporting documents for all transactions

Liaise with management, suppliers and external accountants when required

Assist with GST and year-end accounting documentation

Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Relevant accounting/finance experience preferred

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an advantage

Good understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles

Detail-oriented and organized

Able to work independently

Responsible and able to meet deadlines

Good communication and teamwork skills
