Working Hours: 9am ~6pm (Mon – Fri) ; 9am – 1pm (Sat)

Salary Range: Basic RM14,000~RM 18,000

Employment type: Full-time permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide installation support and after-sales service for generators and related electromechanical equipment (domestic and international);
• Conduct project design work, including design inputs, drawings, design calculations, testing specifications, and process requirements;
• Design engineering installation plans and construction designs for electromechanical products;
• Provide related technical support and assistance.

Job Requirement

• Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related engineering discipline; proficiency in English communication;
• At least 5 years of experience in electromechanical after-sales technical support;
• Willingness to travel overseas to project sites for construction inspection and supervision as required;
• Experience in engineering installation design;
• Prior experience in pre-sales/design (structural aspects) or project execution within the generator set industry is preferred;
• Experience in electromechanical design and installation for data centers is preferred.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month

• What is your specific hands-on experience with generator sets (diesel/gas) in terms of installation, load testing, and after-sales troubleshooting? (Minimum 5 years required)
• Describe your proficiency in creating engineering designs (drawings, calculations, and process specs) for electrical/mechanical products. Do you have experience with AutoCAD or similar design software?
• Have you worked on generator/electromechanical installations specifically for Data Centers? If yes, what were the key technical challenges regarding power redundancy and cooling integration?
• This role requires short-notice international travel for on-site construction supervision. Are you willing and prepared to travel internationally to supervise project construction sites?
• Rate your professional English communication skills (written & verbal) on a scale of 1-10. Provide an example of a technical report you've written for a client.
• Are you comfortable working at Mid Valley Southkey, JB? The office will be relocating to Nusajaya, Johor Bahru, Johor by the end of 2026.
