JOB SCOPE – TIKTOK LIVE HOST

Position: TikTok Live Host

The TikTok Live Host is responsible for hosting and managing TikTok Live sessions to promote the Company’s products and services, engage with viewers, generate leads, and support sales and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
TikTok Live Hosting

• Host and conduct regular TikTok Live sessions according to the schedule set by the Company.
• Present and explain the Company’s products, services, promotions, packages, and ongoing campaigns clearly and confidently.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, friendly, and engaging personality throughout the live session.
• Create an enjoyable and interactive live-streaming environment to attract and retain viewers.

Customer Engagement

• Actively interact with viewers through comments, questions, and live chat.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and accurately.
• Encourage viewers to ask questions and participate during the live session.
• Build positive relationships and engagement with potential and existing customers.

Sales & Lead Generation

• Promote products and services with the objective of generating sales and leads.
• Introduce promotions, special offers, packages, and campaigns effectively during live sessions.
• Encourage viewers to make enquiries, bookings, purchases, or other appropriate actions.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries generated through TikTok Live where required.
• Work towards achieving the sales and lead-generation targets set by the Company.

Content Preparation

• Assist in preparing topics, talking points, scripts, promotional materials, and content ideas for TikTok Live sessions.
• Stay updated on current promotions, products, services, pricing, and Company campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure that all information shared during live sessions is accurate and aligned with Company guidelines.

TikTok Account & Live Session Management

• Assist with the preparation and setup of TikTok Live sessions.
• Ensure that the live session starts and ends according to the scheduled time.
• Monitor comments, viewer engagement, and enquiries during the live session.
• Maintain the quality and professionalism of the Company’s TikTok presence.

Performance MonitoringCompliance & Professional Conduct

• Monitor live-streaming performance, including viewer numbers, engagement, enquiries, leads, and sales generated.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future live sessions.
• Participate in discussions with the management/marketing team regarding TikTok Live performance and improvement strategies.
• Ensure that all information presented during TikTok Live is accurate and approved by the Company.
• Follow all Company policies, procedures, branding guidelines, and instructions.
• Maintain professional conduct and appropriate communication when interacting with viewers.
• Ensure that no misleading, inaccurate, offensive, or unauthorised information is communicated during live sessions.
• Other Duties
• Assist the marketing and sales team with other social media activities and promotional campaigns when required.
• Participate in photoshoots, video content creation, promotional events, and other marketing activities where necessary.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the management from time to time.

WORKING HOURS : SHIFT

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
