Responsibilities
About the role
Restaurant Service Crew (Front of House) for a Japanese restaurant. The role involves welcoming customers, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, performing basic cashier/POS duties, preparing and clearing tables, maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, assisting with opening and closing duties, and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

- Perform basic cashier/POS duties
- Prepare and clear tables
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
About you
- Friendly, polite, responsible and punctual
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic English is preferred
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage
