Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing and Business Analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience in SIT and UAT.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Strong experience in writing BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
• Experience working with JIRA, ALM, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred – Banking Domain

• Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Payments / Cards.
• Exposure to card lifecycle, payment transactions, ATM, POS, e-commerce, or payment systems.
• Experience working with SIT/UAT teams in banking projects.
• Knowledge of API testing, SQL, ISO 8583, payment switches, or core banking systems will be an advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
