Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Drive workers to and from project sites or offices according to a set schedule.
• Route Planning: Navigate efficient daily routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (checking tires, fuel, oil, and brakes) and report mechanical issues promptly.
• Passenger Safety: Ensure all passengers use seat belts and enforce basic onboard safety rules.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs of mileage, passenger counts, fuel purchases, and maintenance checks

Qualifications

• Valid Licence: Hold a clean, valid professional driving licence and appropriate vocational driving endorsements (such as a Public Service Vehicle (PSV) & Goods Driving Licence (GDL) in Malaysia or commercial equivalent.
• Clean Record: Maintain a safe driving record with no major traffic violations or pending summonses.
• Experience: Previous experience driving passenger vans or large transport vehicles.
• Soft Skills: Good punctuality, basic communication skills, patience, and a professional, polite demeanor when dealing with workers.
• Health: Be in good physical health and pass required medical fitness screenings.
