Responsibilities
manages all financial and contractual aspects of construction projects
Cost Estimation:
Calculate quantities, labor, and material costs from architectural drawings and blueprints.
Tendering & Procurement:
Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), evaluate vendor bids, and help award subcontractor contracts.
Cost Control:
Monitor ongoing project expenses, forecast cash flow, and manage budget variances.
Contract Administration:
Value completed work, process subcontractor payments, and negotiate project variations or claims.
Risk Management:
Identify commercial risks, assist with dispute resolution, and ensure compliance with building regulations
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, proficiency in estimation software, negotiation skills, and knowledge of construction law
