Job Summary

You will supervise construction site activities by managing manpower allocation, coordinating with subcontractors and site managers, maintaining accurate daily manpower records, supporting safety and housekeeping enforcement, and assisting with ordering materials or equipment.

Responsibilities

Manage and allocate manpower on site to ensure efficient workforce deployment

Coordinate with subcontractors and site managers to facilitate smooth site operations

Maintain accurate daily records of manpower present on site for reporting and tracking

Assist in supervising the implementation of safety protocols and housekeeping standards on site

Support the ordering process of construction materials and equipment needed for site activities

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Construction Supervisor

Ability to communicate basic or simple English in speaking and writing

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Basic knowledge of coordinating with subcontractors or site managers on site

Knowledge of managing or allocating manpower on site
