Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site construction activities and workers.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Plan and monitor daily manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Monitor construction progress and report site issues to the Construction Manager.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, CONQUAS requirements, and project specifications.
- Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Permit-to-Work (PTW), and company safety procedures.
- Supervise lifting operations, formwork, scaffolding, concrete works, demolition, and housekeeping.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, and minimise material wastage.
- Prepare daily site reports and attend coordination and progress meetings.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
