Job Description:

1. Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
2. Assist in Employment Pass and S Pass applications, renewals, and other MOM-related matters.
3. Liaise with local government agencies (e.g. MOM, CPF Board) and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters.
4. Support HR administration, including maintaining HR databases, personnel files, and HR systems.
5. Assist with employee engagement activities and HR projects.
6. Prepare HR reports and support ad-hoc HR assignments.

Qualification:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
6. Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
7. Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
