Job Summary

A freight transport company seeks a qualified candidate with customs declaration credentials to manage import/export customs declarations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth clearance operations for construction materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit import/export customs declarations for construction materials and equipment to ensure timely processing

Review and verify customs declaration documents and information for accuracy and compliance with regulations

Monitor and follow up on customs clearance progress to resolve issues and expedite release of goods

Coordinate customs-related matters with government agencies and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations

Organize and maintain accurate records of customs declarations and related documents for audit and reference

Ensure all goods comply with relevant customs regulations to prevent delays and penalties

Required competencies and certifications

Possess valid customs declaration qualifications/credentials

Ability to register with relevant government customs systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior experience in customs declaration and clearance
