TP Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Representative – Mandarin (Regular Hours) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

About the Role

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist customers, handle enquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a professional customer experience in both Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and professional assistance to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet assigned customer service and performance KPIs.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency: C1 – able to communicate confidently with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• English proficiency: B1 or above – able to understand and communicate effectively in English.
• SPM qualification or above.
• Customer Service or BPO experience is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Stable employment history is preferred.
• Able to commit to Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: RM4,000–RM4,200 Basic + RM300 Language Allowance
