Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations & User Support
Administer user accounts, email systems, and access controls
Support procurement, setup, and maintenance of end-user devices and software
Ensure timely resolution of IT issues in coordination with vendors
System & Infrastructure Support
Assist in system maintenance, updates, and upgrades
Monitor system and security logs; escalate incidents where required
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate outsourced IT vendors (EUC, network, CCTV, etc.)
Track service delivery and follow up on issue resolution
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Support cybersecurity awareness initiatives (e.g. phishing simulations, user training)
Assist in enforcing data protection and IT governance policies
Projects & Facilities Setup
Support IT setup for new facilities and operational expansions
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
2–3 years of relevant IT support or operations experience
Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Good to have:
Exposure to network systems (e.g. Ubiquiti, Fortinet)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices
