Job description:

• Answer incoming calls and attend to customer enquiries
• Reply to customers through WhatsApp, messages and other channels
• Follow up with customers and existing enquiries
• Look for new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
• Assist customers and provide good customer service
• Handle basic paperwork, documentation and administrative tasks
• Arrange and coordinate the daily work schedule for technicians
• Ensure technicians know their daily jobs, locations and work arrangements
• Help keep the workplace organized and operations running smoothly
• Assist with other day-to-day tasks when required

Requirements:

• Has good communication and customer service skills
• Is confident in handling calls and speaking with customers
• Is comfortable with sales and customer follow-ups
• Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Is responsible and able to work independently
• Is willing to learn and take initiative
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Previous sales/customer service experience is an advantage

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
