JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, update, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and designers to translate design concepts and requirements into accurate BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues between electrical and other disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Ensure all BIM models comply with company standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.
• Review and coordinate electrical designs with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and site conditions.
• Assist in preparing electrical drawings, documentation, and project deliverables
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior modelers when required.
• Support coordination meetings and contribute to effective project delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler (Electrical) with strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Experience in clash detection, coordination, and issue resolution within BIM environments.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Experience in Data Centre projects is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel and provide onsite support when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
