What You'll Be Doing

Design, develop, and maintain automated smoke, sanity, and regression test suites.

Perform functional and end-to-end testing across applications.

Develop and maintain automation using Cypress and Selenium with Python.

Perform API testing and validate backend functionality.

Perform SQL/database validation to ensure data integrity.

Analyze system/application logs to troubleshoot failures.

Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.

Work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.

Support release testing and ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment

Continuously improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and QA processes.

Must Have:

5+ years of experience in QA automation and functional testing

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Cypress

Strong programming experience with Python

Experience in API testing

Good knowledge of SQL and database querying/validation

Experience with Jira

Strong understanding of smoke, sanity, regression, and end-to-end testing

Experience analyzing application/system logs.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Comfortable working UK / US hours

Malaysian citizens only.

Good to Have:

Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Experience with tools such as Postman, Pytest, Jenkins, or Git

Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
