Working Arrangements:

• Working Days: 5-6 days rotation between Monday - Sunday
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 10am - 9pm, Sat - Sun: 10am - 8pm (1.5 - 2hr breaktime)

Key responsibilities:

• Clinic Operations: Oversee daily clinic operations, workflow, and administrative activities.
• Staff Management: Supervise clinic staff, manage rosters/scheduling, staffing, training, and resource allocation.
• Patient Service: Maintain service quality and patient satisfaction; handle and resolve patient feedback/issues.
• Performance & Compliance: Monitor clinic KPIs, service standards, and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Inventory & Systems: Manage inventory and clinic management/medical record systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with doctors, therapists, administrative staff, management, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3–5+ years of clinic/healthcare operations experience, strong scheduling/operations and leadership skills, good communication
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays.
