Position: Recruiter

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor (Accessible by public transport)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify suitable applicants based on job requirements
• Assist in preparing employment offers and recruitment-related documentation
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies
• Monitor recruitment progress and maintain accurate hiring records
• Prepare regular recruitment and hiring reports for management
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment needs

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment is required
• Good knowledge of recruitment and sourcing methods
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies
