We are a GP clinic looking for permanent full-time clinic assistants with the compassion, dedication and commitment to join us in delivering quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, attentive and has a genuine service mindset to provide care from the heart.

Responsibilities

• Registering patients and dispensing of medication, and payment duties.
• Assisting doctor during consultation and minor procedure.
• Handle corporate insurance e-claim submission
• General administrative duties.
• Stock checking and replenishing medicine stocks.
• Handle patient queries and feedback.

Requirements

• Working experience in clinic environment.
• Professional, proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule.
• Possess good communication (both english and mandarin) and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit clinic hours is preferred.

Working hours:

· Mon - Sat:- 8:30am - 6:00pm

· Off on public holidays and Sundays

Job Type: Full-time
