Job Responsibilities:

1. Marketing and Content Oversight

• Review and approve the marketing vendor’s proposed themes and ideas for monthly social media posting cycles
• Vet completed marketing materials (copy, imagery, videos) to ensure alignment with brand values
• Coordinate with vendor and staff on filming days, including product preparation and filming requirements
• Provide input on advertising themes, packaging, areas of focus, cost‑saving opportunities, and strategies to improve brand awareness. Note: The vendor manages most operational and content production work. Existing photo/video content supports posting until December, with some additional filming required in the coming months.

2. Customer Enquiries

• Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and the company’s CRM messaging system
• Escalate enquiries to relevant staff when necessary

3. Website and Product Content

• Coordinate product photography shoots with the photographer when required
• Upload product photographs and information to the company’s website catalogue

4. Operations

• Handle ad hoc operational requests, such as monitoring packaging and operational supplies, and arranging replenishment when needed

5. Compliance

• Conduct Ministry of Law screening and due‑diligence checks
• Prepare and submit cash transaction reports to the Singapore Police Force where required

6. Ad-hoc

• Tasks as and when assigned by Managing Director

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent with 2 years of working experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure brand consistency
• Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and customer engagement
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and ability to oversee posting schedules
• Experience in reviewing digital content (copy, graphics, video) for brand alignment
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and ability to provide input on improving reach and engagement
• Familiarity with CRM systems and website content management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Knowledge of compliance requirements under Singapore’s Ministry of Law is an advantage
• Possession of Class 3 Driving License is advantageous
