Job Summary

Perform topographic and boundary surveys, process field data using AutoCAD and 3D scanning, and lead project drafting activities to produce accurate engineering and as-built plans.

Responsibilities

• Compute and prepare topographic maps, boundary surveys, coordinates, and levels with accuracy
• Conduct office-based duties and perform occasional fieldwork for topographic mapping, control surveying, and construction layout
• Download and process field data using AutoCAD and 3D scanning software to ensure data integrity
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Lead and coordinate project team drafting activities to deliver consistent and precise outputs
• Draft as-built plans reflecting accurate site conditions for engineering projects
• Create, analyze, and modify CAD drawings to support engineering and construction requirements
