Awibubu is a fast-growing premium baby and kids lifestyle brand in Malaysia. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, baby fairs, retail activities, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan and manage baby fairs, roadshows, and exhibitions.
• Lead and supervise warehouse, retail, and event teams.
• Coordinate inventory, logistics, and supplier management.
• Develop operational SOPs and improve business efficiency.
• Drive business development and identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and achieve company targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, baby products, or exhibitions is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to travel for baby fairs and events.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
