About the role

This is a phone-first sales role focused on building target lists and making outbound calls to event organisers, exhibition companies, PR and event agencies, associations, and corporate HR and marketing teams to qualify prospects and book demo appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Build target lists of event organisers, exhibition companies, PR and event agencies, associations, and corporate HR and marketing teams

• Make 20–30 outbound calls a day to reach the person who decides on event technology

• Qualify prospects — what events they run, how many attendees, when, and what system they use now

• Book demo appointments for the founder and senior sales to close

• Follow up consistently by WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn

• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date every day

• Join demo calls and site visits to see how deals actually get closed

• Support proposal and quotation preparation

• Report your daily call, connect and appointment numbers
