Report to contract manager / Director. Prepare progress claim, sub-contractor claim, variation order, final account, and valuation of contract work. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and the general workforce involved in the project.

Job Description

· Manage pre-contract and post-contract activities for construction and maintenance projects.

· Prepare, review, and coordinate tender documents, cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BQ).

· Administer contracts, including interim payments, final accounts, and financial reporting.

· Prepare progress claim, sub-contractor claim, variation order, final account, and valuation of contract work

· Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and the general workforce involved in the project

· Check drawings and quantities and ensure calculations are accurate for the work

· Reviewing of material specification of quantity estimation

· Assist in the submission of samples to consultant/client

· Attend and assist the project manager/site engineer on coordinate matters during a site meeting

· Support project planning, contract administration, and perform other duties assigned by management

· Working hours - Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Requirements:

· Possess minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying

· Minimum 5 years experiences in related field.

· Experience in building construction, infra works, renovation, or landscape maintenance is an added advantage.

· Good in organizational, planning and time management skills.

· Possess good communication and report writing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

· Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision.

· Possess good interpersonal with high integrity.

· Good teamwork skills in collaborate, cooperate, coordinate, mediate, negotiate and exchange ideas.

· Problem solving skills and analytic thinking.

· Able to work under pressure to meet tight working schedule and deadlines.

· Must be willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
