Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate air-conditioning installation, maintenance and repair projects.
Plan work schedules and allocate manpower effectively.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Ensure all works comply with workplace safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
Prepare site reports and project documentation.
Support project planning and cost control.
Requirements
Diploma in Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
At least 3 years of site management or project supervision experience.
Knowledge of air-conditioning, M&E or construction works.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Able to read technical drawings and coordinate site activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
