The Role
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to own a key section in our kitchen at the newvenue. You'll work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality food across service, and play an important role in training and guiding the Commis team.

The Role
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to own a key section in our kitchen at the newvenue. You'll work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver consistent, high-quality food across service, and play an important role in training and guiding the Commis team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and execute your designated kitchen section to a consistently high standard
- Work closely with theSous Chef to maintain quality, consistency, and kitchen flow during service
- Train, guide, and support Commis Chefs in your section
- Manage mise en place, prep, and section readiness before every service
- Monitor portion control, waste, and food cost within your section
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene compliance at your station
- Support the Sous Chef across other sections and kitchen operations as required
- 2 to 4 years of kitchen experience with proven CDP or section ownership experience
- Strong technical skills across your primary section — cold, hot, or pastry
- You take pride inconsistency and mentor those around you naturally
- Reliable, focused, and able to perform under service pressure
- A team player who communicates well up and down the kitchen hierarchy
- Experience in a café or all-day dining environment is a plus
- Section ownership at anew venue from opening day
- Work alongside an experienced Sous Chef in a collaborative kitchen
- Clear growth path towardSous Chef as the team grows
- A food programme built on quality and commercial thinking
