Provide professional massage and body therapy services while maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment. Assist with daily spa operations and deliver excellent customer service to meet client needs.

Deliver professional massage and body therapy services tailored to customer needs
Recommend appropriate massage treatments based on client preferences and conditions
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment to ensure a safe environment
Prepare towels, oils, and supplies to support smooth daily spa operations
Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
Communicate effectively in basic English to understand and respond to customer requests
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
Adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
Ability to communicate in basic English to perform core duties effectively
Experience and skill in providing massage and body therapy services
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Positive attitude and good personal hygiene to support a professional spa environment
