All-Rounder / Barista Job Scope

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, smoothies, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Take customer orders, operate the POS system, and handle payments.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and basic kitchen duties.
• Support the preparation of foo items.
• Assist the kitchen team during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, kitchen, equipment, and service areas.
• Wash and sanitise utensils, equipment, and work surfaces.
• Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and other supplies.
• Check stock levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock or missing items.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning, and equipment shutdown.
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of food and ingredients.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Ideal Candidate

• Barista or F&B experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in both front-of-house and kitchen operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: From $1,600.00 per month
