Role Overview
We are recruiting a results-focused Sales Manager to take full commercial ownership of our Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam markets. You will own regional sales targets, grow new strategic clients, nurture dealer partnerships and build brand influence across Southeast Asia. This role requires self-motivation, strong business acumen and a consistent track record of hitting ambitious B2B sales KPIs.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver and oversee all sales revenue targets for direct projects in Singapore, plus the full Vietnam and Malaysia markets.
- Expand the regional client roster and secure high-value strategic new accounts.
- Develop and sustain robust long-term cooperation with local dealers and service partners, delivering premium support to clients and channel partners in territories without our direct local team.
- Elevate Royal Ahrend brand recognition in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam via regular engagement with architects, designers and project management stakeholders.
- Identify and cultivate industry networks to unlock new commercial opportunities.
- Build, track and update sales pipelines end-to-end using CRM systems, and report pipeline performance and market updates to the Sales Director on a regular basis.
- Provide data-backed insights on local competitors and actionable recommendations for product development strategies aligned with regional market demands.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrated top-tier B2B sales performance with measurable, verifiable sales achievements from previous roles.
- Direct working experience in office furniture or related commercial fit-out industries is a significant advantage.
- Highly autonomous, outcome-oriented and comfortable working against stretching sales objectives.
- Minimum 8 years’ solid recent B2B sales experience within an international business environment.
- Proven track record of scaling market presence by acquiring new international clients and expanding revenue from existing accounts.
- Confident commercial negotiation capabilities for large corporate projects.
- Minimum Diploma qualification with strong business analytical and professional capabilities.
- Established active industry connections within facilities management, procurement and real estate sectors preferred.
- In-depth understanding of commercial finance and business economics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM software tools.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional regional languages are a bonus.
- Able to travel up to 30% of working time across Southeast Asia.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional client-facing presentation etiquette.
