Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental policies and ensure compliance with standard operating and service procedures.
Supervise the proper use, handling, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and devices.
Assess guest requirements and develop appropriate solutions to address customer service issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor employee morale, provide guidance, and conduct annual performance appraisals.
Oversee the collection, checking, and submission of payroll-related documents and leave applications to the Human Resources department.
Ensure staff follow proper operational procedures and maintain a high standard of service.
