We're looking for an entry-level Business Data Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, reporting, and AI-powered tools. You'll work closely with the team to track performance, maintain accurate records, and turn data into clear insights that support day-to-day decisions- a great fit for a fresh graduate curious about how AI can improve everyday business work.

What You'll Do

• Track investment/portfolio performance and business production metrics; flag major changes, risks, or progress against targets.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up analysis, research, and report summarisation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date business and client portfolio records; flag inconsistencies or unusual changes.
• Monitor market trends and prepare concise summaries of key developments.
• Build and maintain trackers/dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Support the team with ad hoc data requests, reporting, and process improvement ideas.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Business or a related field (fresh grads welcome).
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for analysis and summarisation.
• Clear written communication; able to explain data simply.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
• Power BI or dashboarding experience; interest in investments, financial services, or market research.
