We are a Pilates, Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis studio offering boutique private and group classes. We focus on restoring body alignment, functional movement, fascia and stress relief, and improving overall fitness, supporting clients with chronic pain and rehabilitation.

Job Summary

Join our pioneering team as a Pilates Instructor delivering boutique group and private classes, maintaining studio standards, and supporting clients’ wellness and rehabilitation goals with passion and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver boutique group classes using Reformer with tower and/or private Pilates sessions to improve clients’ fitness and well-being
• Maintain studio equipment and cleanliness to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Adapt teaching methods confidently to support clients with mobility challenges or chronic pain
• Communicate effectively to engage and motivate clients of all ages toward their wellness goals
• Demonstrate flexibility by working on weekends and public holidays when required

Required competencies and certifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor (minimum Mat and/or Reformer) from a recognized institution such as STOTT, BASI, or Polestar

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Rehabilitation and/or clinical Pilates certification advantageous
• Experienced teaching certified Pilates classes and working with clients managing mobility or chronic pain

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $50-70
• Yearly incentive based on total working hours
