Our client is from public sector. As a result of expansion, they are looking for a System Analyst to support their new projects:
Job responsibilities:
Analyse and understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives
Collaborate with application teams to design and implement end-to-end scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions
Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, enhance and optimise existing software solutions
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms for the solutions
Work closely with the security team to adopt information security best practices
Collaborate with the network team to design and operate a robust hybrid cloud environment, including on-premises data centres and public cloud services
Conduct architecture design, risk assessments, and performance tuning
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, data governance, and compliance requirements
Create solution design diagrams and documentation, including but not limited to system diagrams, data flows, and component specifications
Recommend technology stack and tooling decisions
Act as a key technical advisor to Project Managers
Other tasks assigned by the supervisors
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
8+years of experience in application solution design and implementation
Strong, hands-on proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, Next.js, and Python
Demonstrated experience managing and deploying applications in multi-cloud environments, specifically Azure and Alibaba Cloud
Sound technical knowledge of hub and spoke, landing zone, custom domain, application gateways, WAF, load balancers, CDN, VM, web services, containerization and CI/CD pipelines
Experience in orchestrating with IT infrastructure team to configure, maintain, and scale on-premises software solutions for production workloads
Experience with system integration, API design, and service-oriented architecture
Deep expertise in setting up and managing enterprise-grade on-premises data layer, with mandatory hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and Redis
Experience with Agile/DevOps is a big advantage
Previous experience building, training, or integrating AI/ML models into production use cases is a significant advantage
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Strong team player, committed to success and results-oriented mindset
