Responsibilities

• Manage ICT service requests, incidents, and operational support activities within agreed service levels.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, access management, and workplace technology services.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Maintain ICT asset inventories, software licences, operational records, and audit documentation.
• Support ICT governance, cybersecurity, compliance reviews, and operational reporting.
• Assist in incident, problem, and change management activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Operations, IT Administration, Service Management, or Infrastructure Support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes, user administration, and service request management.
• Experience working with vendors and managed service providers.
• Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred

• Experience within the Singapore Government ICT environment.
• Familiarity with WOG ICT processes and platforms such as ITSM Portal, SGMail Administration Portal, and EUSS.
• Experience supporting user provisioning, access management, email administration, and endpoint support services.
