Key Responsibilities

• Manage facility engineering projects, including design review, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, dehumidification, CDA, vacuum, electrical and power systems.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Lead facility upgrades, maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Supervise technicians and contractors; prepare SOPs, MOPs, and technical manuals.
• Provide technical training and ensure compliance with EHS and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Mandarin speaking is mandatory for communication with Mandarin-speaking management, colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience in plant/facility engineering, construction, or maintenance.
• Diploma/Associate Degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Equipment Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical/power, water supply & drainage, and facility systems.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities is preferred.
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in Rawang, Selangor.
