Job Description:

We are seeking a BIM Drafter to support the preparation and coordination of BIM models and technical drawings for security systems projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare, update, and maintain BIM models and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.

• Produce system layouts, equipment placement drawings, routing drawings, and coordination drawings based on project requirements.
• Coordinate BIM models and drawing information with project teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Incorporate design revisions and updates into BIM models and drawings.
• Assist in identifying and resolving design clashes and coordination issues.
• Support drawing submissions and project documentation.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of BIM models and drawings.

Requirements:

· Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

· Familiarity with BIM modelling and drafting workflows.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

· Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Alarm Systems, Intercom Systems, or related security technologies is an added advantage.
